At what level of maturity is your organisation?
Do you want to improve?

i-Cap is a 51% Black owned company that has been involved with employment equity even prior to the current legislation, when our principals were involved in setting up and managing the Breakwater Monitor project at the University of Cape Town.  The concept of benchmarking developed for this project formed the basis of the regulations for the Employment Equity Act and we spent five years assisting the Department of Labour with all aspects of the employment equity legislation implementation.

Our client base, since 1995, includes the entire spectrum of corporations in South Africa, including:

Government departments, such as the dti, Foreign Affairs and Housing

Listed companies, such as Metropolitan, Alexander Forbes, Vodacom and Nissan

Multi-Nationals, including Toyota, HP, Shell and Motorola

i-Cap believes that transformation is a journey and not an event.  Our philosophy is to form a long term partnership with our clients and we endeavor to provide strategic direction, moral support and business intelligence on an ongoing basis.  As your transformation partner, we provide advice, consulting, facilitation,  and software applications to assist you with all aspects of the Employment Equity Life-Cycle and the implementation of Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment.
